HOW IT WORKS
1. Client Consultation
At the beginning of a project, you will meet with our in-house design team to talk through your interior requirements. We will start by looking at photographs and floor plans of your property, discussing your desired style and aspirations. At this stage, we will also establish the scope of the project as well as the budget and estimated time scale for completion.
2. Site Visit
Following the initial consultation, your designer will schedule a site visit to see the space and gain a better understanding of your project brief. Together with your designer, you will discuss any requirements for building works, electrical, plumbing, decorating or bespoke cabinetry. Your designer will take photographs and measurements of the space so that they can begin developing your designs on their return to the studio.
3. Development
Using all of the information gathered from the brief and site visit, your designer will create a layout design for your space, pulling together fabrics, finishes, furniture and lighting. In addition to the products seen in our showrooms and our online catalogue, the design team source many other items to create a perfect scheme. We work closely with a team of trades and highly skilled craftspeople on bespoke interiors and will gladly work alongside your architect for any structural requirements.
4. Final Presentation
Designs ready, your interior designer will invite you to the studio in-store at our flagship showroom on the edge of the Cotswolds to show you the plans, talking through every aspect of the design. This may include floorplans, 2D and 3D visuals or sample boards, along with a pricing estimate.
5. Delivery & Installation
Once the design stage is complete and you have given your approval, your designer will order all items and instruct relevant trades, putting together a timeline for work to be carried out. Our in-house delivery team unwrap and install furniture and accessory items, taking all packaging back to our warehouse to be recycled. Your designer will oversee the hanging of mirrors and artwork, ensuring that all aspects of the scheme are perfectly installed as per the agreed design plan.
