HOW IT WORKS

Our free, easy, collect in-store service allows you to reserve items online and collect them from our showroom or warehouse in as little as an hour. Read on to see how it works.

  1. Choosing Click & Collect

    Proceed to checkout and choose 'Store Pickup' from the Delivery Method section. You can then select your pick up location, either our showroom or our warehouse.

  2. Book Your Collection Slot

    Choose the date and time that suits you to collect your order. In cases where the items are in stock, your order can be ready in as little as an hour.

  3. Confirm and Collect Your Order

    Proceed to payment and complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation email. We'll contact you when your order is ready to collect.

FAQs

How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready?

We will call you when your order is ready, confirming your chosen location. We’ll also send you an email when your order is ready for collection. You can collect as soon as you’ve received either your email or call.

Why is Click & Collect not available for my order?

If you’re not given the Click & Collect option at checkout, some of the items in your order are not eligible for this type of delivery.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

We need to see your 9-digit order number from your order confirmation email to collect your order.
