I Have Spent Over £75 Online. Am I Entitled To Free Delivery?

Whether it’s one item or three, so long as you spend £75 or more and you live in Mainland UK, you are entitled to free delivery!


What is Next Day/Saturday delivery and how do I qualify?


Small items will be delivered within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Available on small items showing as in stock only. Orders must be placed by 1pm to guarantee next day delivery.


Small items will be delivered to your home on a Saturday. Orders must be placed by 1pm the Friday before to qualify for Saturday delivery.


I have ordered an item that is in stock. How long is delivery?

Delivery times vary depending on where your item is located. You can see the stock status on each product page; it will state how many are available and where each item is located underneath the product name or alongside the price on products with different size and colour options.


For items that are in stock and located in our warehouse, we will endeavour to deliver your item to your home within 3-5 working days of your order. However, in some cases delivery within this timeframe may not be possible, so we allow a maximum delivery time of 2 weeks for in stock items. Your order progress and delivery times will be updated by phone and/or email.


For orders with items showing as in stock but only in our showroom, each purchase will be treated on a case by case basis. We will first and foremost contact you via phone or email to ask if you would like to order a brand new and boxed item from our supplier. If this is your preferred option, we will order you a new item (please see Out of Stock details below for estimated delivery times). We will occasionally be able to send a showroom item out to you. However, as these are showroom items, this is not always possible.


An Out of Stock product I am interested in states ‘2 weeks’ for delivery. What does this mean?

If an item is out of stock, we will immediately order your product from our supplier once we receive your completed order confirmation. If our supplier has the item ready and in stock, it will arrive with us at our showroom within 2 weeks. If necessary, we will then contact you via phone or email to notify/arrange suitable delivery to your home. If the product is out of stock with our supplier, delivery times could be longer. In this case, we will contact you via phone/email.


What does preorder/available from mean?

If an item is out of stock with both us and our supplier or we are waiting for an item to arrive at our warehouse, we will aim to add an estimated date of receipt into our warehouse on each product page. This can be found underneath the product name or alongside the price of items with different size and colour options. You are welcome to order any product that neither we or our suppliers have in stock and if necessary, we will contact you via phone or email to notify you when it has arrived at our showroom and to arrange/confirm delivery to your home. Please note that the ‘available from’ date specified on each product page is an estimated delivery time into our warehouse and although items are often received earlier than this, the stated date is not a guarantee and is subject to change.


How long will my Made-to-Order item take to be delivered?

Many of our products are made-to-order with your personal choice of upholstery, finishes and fittings. For this reason, the delivery times of your item will vary as each piece is made from scratch and will take weeks rather than days to complete. Please see the product page of your desired made-to-order item for estimated lead times. Once your item is complete, it will be delivered to our warehouse. We will then contact you via phone/email to arrange delivery to your home at a time to suit you within 2 weeks.


I am from Ireland, Scotland or Europe. How long will my delivery take?

If you live in Ireland, Scotland or Europe, outside the capabilities of our delivery radius by our personal Pavilion Broadway team, delivery times may vary. For small items, your purchases will be posted to you and will arrive at your home within approximately 5-10 working days. For large items, we will arrange a courier to deliver your item to your home. As this is a trusted external service, we are unable to estimate exact delivery times, however the courier team will be able to update you on your shipping progress.


A product on your website is marked as ‘Quick Ship’. What does this mean?

Selected home accessories and small items can be posted immediately to arrive at your home the very next day using our 24-hour delivery option. Quick ship will only apply when the item is readily in stock at our warehouse. Please place your order by 1pm to guarantee delivery for the next day.


What does mixed consignment mean?

A mixed consignment is an order made up of in stock and out of stock small items. For a mixed consignment, there are two options:


Wait for all of your purchased items to arrive at our Pavilion Broadway showroom and ship together.


Items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Each item will be sent out by standard delivery as soon as it is received from our supplier.

All UK mainland consignments are fully tracked and a signature is required upon delivery.
