Whether it’s one item or three, so long as you spend £250 or more and you live in Mainland UK, you are entitled to free delivery!
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Small items will be delivered within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Available on small items showing as in stock only. Orders must be placed by 1pm to guarantee next day delivery.
Small items will be delivered to your home on a Saturday. Orders must be placed by 1pm the Friday before to qualify for Saturday delivery.
For in stock items located in our Ashchurch Warehouse, we will endeavour to deliver your item within 3-5 working days of your order. However, in some cases delivery within this timeframe may not be possible, so we allow a maximum delivery time of 2 weeks for in stock items. Your order progress and delivery times will be updated by phone and/or email.
If an item states ‘Delivery: 2 Weeks’, this item is currently out of stock in our Ashchurch Warehouse. Upon receiving your completed order confirmation, we will immediately order the item/s from our supplier. If our supplier has the item in stock, it will arrive with us at our warehouse within 2 weeks. If the product is out of stock with our supplier, delivery times could be longer. In this case, we will contact you via phone/email.
If an item is out of stock in our Ashchurch Warehouse and knowingly out of stock with our supplier, it will state it is available for pre-order. You are welcome to pre-order any item that neither we nor our supplier has in stock and we will dispatch your item/s to you upon arrival at our Ashchurch Warehouse. Although we endeavour to add a date of arrival for items into our warehouse, please note that this is an estimate. The stated date is not a guarantee and is subject to change.
Many of our products are made-to-order with your personal choice of upholstery, finishes and fittings. For this reason, the delivery times of your item will vary as each piece is made from scratch and will take weeks rather than days to complete. Please see the product page of your desired made-to-order item for estimated lead times. Once your item is complete, it will be delivered to our Ashchurch Warehouse. We will then contact you via phone/email to arrange delivery to your home at a time to suit you within 2 weeks.
If you live in Ireland, Scotland or Europe, outside the capabilities of our delivery radius by our personal Pavilion Broadway team, delivery times may vary. For small items, your purchases will be posted to you and will arrive at your home within approximately 5-10 working days. For large items, we will arrange a courier to deliver your item to your home. As this is a trusted external service, we are unable to estimate exact delivery times, however the courier team will be able to update you on your shipping progress.
Selected home accessories and small items can be posted immediately to arrive at your home the very next day using our 24-hour delivery option. Quick ship will only apply when the item is readily in stock at our Ashchurch Warehouse. Please place your order by 1pm to guarantee delivery for the next day.
A mixed consignment is an order made up of in stock and out of stock small items. For a mixed consignment, there are two options:
SHIP ITEMS TOGETHER
Wait for all of your purchased items to arrive at our Ashchurch Warehouse and ship together.
SHIP ITEMS SEPARATELY
Items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Each item will be sent out by standard delivery as soon as it is received from our supplier.
All UK mainland consignments are fully tracked and a signature is required upon delivery.
We highly recommend you provide us with your mobile number, when asked at the checkout, in order to receive live delivery updates from our courier, Parcel Force. If you would prefer not to provide your mobile number, you will receive your tracking number within your goods dispatched email. In the unlikely event your order fails to arrive, you can input this tracking number into Parcel Force’s website to locate your order, alternatively please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you.
