Whatever your purchase, we provide a selection of delivery options so that you can choose a delivery timeframe at a price to suit you.

* Bulky / Fragile items to hard to reach areas such as Scotland will be subject to a delivery charge of £150. However, if the actual costs of fulfilment exceed this we will contact you with with details of the surcharge and you will have the option to continue with your order or not.

    If you are a regular customer, please sign in to your account to autofill the fields with your saved delivery details.

  2. Select Delivery Option

    Standard UK delivery is charged at £5.95 however costs may vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Please check the table above for clarification.

  3. Payment & Order Summary

    Choose to pay via card or PayPal. We accept all major credit cards, including American Express.

What Happens Next?


  1. Order Confirmation

    Once you have successfully placed your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.

  2. Select Your Time Slot

    If your order requires delivery via our in-house delivery team, you will receive another email, this time from Stream (our logistics planning system) asking you to accept or decline a delivery slot. Want to speak to us about your delivery? No problem! Give us a call on 01386 711 512.

  3. It’s On Its Way!

    Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a text confirming it is on its way.

  4. Out For Delivery

    On the morning of your delivery, you will receive a text confirming your order is out for delivery.

  5. Your Order Arrives Safely

    You will receive a final text to confirm your order has successfully been delivered.



e.g. home accessories & faux flowers

If in stock, our warehouse team will pack and parcel small items and ship them out to you via Parcel Force. Our logistics team will then contact you to let you know that your items have been dispatched.

If out of stock, we will immediately order your items from our supplier*. Once it has arrived at our warehouse, we will ship your items out to you following the same steps as above.

* We expect to receive items from our suppliers within 2 weeks.



e.g. sofas, tables & mattresses

If in stock, we will contact you to arrange delivery of large items by our in-house delivery team within 2 weeks of placing your order.

If out of stock, we will immediately order your items from our supplier*.Once your items have arrived at our warehouse, our logistics team will be in contact with you to arrange delivery to your home following the same process as above.

*We expect to receive items from our suppliers within 2 weeks.



At Pavilion Broadway, we are proud to offer a wide range of products that are handmade to order with your choice of upholstery, finishes and fittings. For this reason, delivery timeframes for made to order items will vary depending on the supplier. You can view an estimate of the lead time on the product page of your desired made to order item.

Once your item is complete, it will be delivered to our warehouse. Our logistics team will then contact you to arrange delivery to your home at a time to suit you within 2 weeks.

Good To Know / Things to Note

In the rare instance that an item is out of stock with both us and our supplier, we may not be able to deliver your item to you within the timeframes estimated above. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know when the item is estimated to be available. When the item arrives into our warehouse, we will contact you to notify you of dispatch.
