Farrow & Ball Paints
Located in Wimborne, Dorset, Farrow & Ball have been developing rich, intriguing and beautifully pigmented paint colours since 1946. Today, the brand offers 132 unique shades, each hand-blended and accompanied by a telling fairy-tale story of its origins and creation. Farrow and Ball paints are characterised by their responsiveness to all kinds of light. The colours are made up of a complex blend of high-quality ingredients and rich pigments and different undertones are highlighted throughout the day depending on the light. Each shade will be more or less prominent from morning through to evening, whilst always remaining true to itself.
The Farrow & Ball story begins in 1946 when John Farrow met Richard Ball. Together, the local pioneers united their passion for colour, establishing the very first Farrow & Ball factory in Dorset, supplying paint for companies such as Ford Motor, Raleigh Bicycles and the War Office. Today, Farrow & Ball remains very much at its Dorset roots, offering a selection of captivating colours to decorate your home inside and out. Whether you’re looking for the neutral tones of No. 229 Elephant’s Breath or a vibrant feature wall using No. 217 Rectory Red, Farrow & Ball’s selection of absorbing colours offer inimitable vibrancy for a versatile range of eclectic and traditional styles.
Eco-friendly and kind to the environment, all Farrow and Ball paints are safe for use around the home. They are water-based, meaning that they do not have a strong odour, while the tin is fully recyclable. Every Farrow and Ball paint is rigorously tested for colour consistency and durability, offering a selection of finishes - from chalky Estate Emulsion and the light sheen of Modern Eggshell to a luscious Full Gloss for ultimate impact.
