Coronavirus (COVID-19) Customer Updates

1st November: You can still receive large item deliveries such as sofas and dining tables.

Home deliveries are continuing to take place for larger items. You will receive a pre-delivery call and will be asked the following:

Have you or anybody living at this address displayed possible coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms resulting in any of you having to self isolate?

If yes - we will cancel the delivery and rebook at least 14 days later

If no - we will proceed with delivery but ask you: To help keep both you and ourselves safe, would you please help us to exercise social distancing by keeping 2 metres away as much as possible.

Have you or anybody living at this address opted to self-isolate as a result of being:-Aged 70 or over, a vulnerable adult, or else pregnant?

If yes - we will deliver to doorstep or outbuilding/garage with your agreement

If no - we will proceed with delivery but ask you: To help keep both you and ourselves safe, would you please help us to exercise social distancing by keeping 2 metres away as much as possible.

This is in line with Public Health England advice.

Unfortunately, home installation and assembly of large products is no longer available due to the unfolding situation with coronavirus (COVID-19). Please check back on this page for the latest information.

25th May: Showroom Is Open For Business.

Following the governments easing of restrictions on homeware retailers and garden centres we will be open from Bank Holiday Monday 25th at 10 am.

Customers will be greeted on arrival to have their temperature taken remotely and asked to sanitise their hands before shopping. In store there will be signs to remind customers to maintain strict social distancing and maintain 2m separation.

Pavilion Broadway staff will also have their temperature taken at the start of each day and be provided personal protective equipment.

23rd March: Temporary closure of our stores. Our website remains open.

Thank you for your continued loyalty and support, even during these uncertain times. Our thoughts go out to all of you who have been affected by this unprecedented situation.

We have kept our shops open as long as possible however due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), we're very sad to have to let you know we'll be temporarily closing Pavilion Broadway shops from the end of the day on Monday 23 March.

We may be closing our shop doors, but pavilionbroadway.co.uk will remain open and you can still choose to have orders delivered to your home.

17th March: How we are supporting our staff and customers during the COVID-19 outbreak

As a family-run business, we take the safety and health of our customers and staff seriously. In light of current circumstances, we wanted to inform you of the steps we are taking at Pavilion Broadway to keep our customers and staff members safe.

Our business remains open meaning that you can shop online and over the phone as usual as well as at our Tewkesbury showroom. Our warehouse and delivery teams are taking appropriate measures to ensure that the business can run as normal and minimise delays. We use our own in-house delivery fleet for the majority of customer orders and are taking extra care to ensure that every aspect of the delivery process is conducted in a safe and careful manner for the benefit of customers and staff. Should you have any concerns about a delivery please contact our sales team. Extra cleaning is taking place in-store and at our warehouse including regular cleaning of door handles and bannister rails.

As of today, our Marketing and Interior Design teams are working remotely which will have no impact on productivity as all our systems are cloud based.

For any queries, our team remain on hand to help. You can contact us directly on 01386 711512 to speak to one of our team members who will be able to guide and reassure you through the process of placing an order during this difficult period.

The health and wellbeing of our customers and staff comes before anything else. Please take extra care during this time and rest assured that we are working hard to ensure that business remains as usual.

Best wishes, David Ewart
