We’d like to thank you all for your continued custom and support. 2022 sees us move into our 15th year of trading and we’re bringing you more designer furniture, high-end lighting and home accessories than ever before! Whether you’re shopping online or in-store, our team has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that you can shop safely, and items are delivered promptly in line with government guidelines.
New Staff
In the past year, we welcomed several new colleagues to the PB team. If you’ve visited our showroom or received a delivery from our in-house delivery team, you might have met them already. In the showroom, Taryn and Mark joined our in-store Sales team while we welcomed Werner to our trade business, Furniture Brands International, distributing designer furniture brands Theodore Alexander and Jonathan Charles. Behind the scenes, Kyle and Simon joined our growing Logistics team ensuring that your purchases are handled with care and delivered to your home in record time.
New Brands
Every year brings new brands and 2021 was no exception. We introduced you to Everyday by Pavilion Broadway, offering affordable, great quality furniture in signature styles tried and tested by interior designers. New Product Ranges
As well as this, we also added new ranges to our existing pool of popular designer brands. This included the Claire bedroom range from Alf Italia, Hypnos Bed's eco-friendly Origins collection, brand new paint colours from Farrow and Ball, plus high-end lighting from RV Astley and shagreen furniture by Richmond Interiors. You’ve been loving Pavilion Chic and we’ve been listening – adding 500+ new furniture, lighting and home accessory items throughout the year so that you can keep your home up to date with the latest trends.
Lots of Items In Stock
Following the success of our huge investments in stock last year, we did the same in 2021, allowing you to receive your orders quickly and on time. One of this year’s best-sellers was our Hereford Chair. You’ve been tagging us in your Instagram photos and we’ve loved seeing how you’ve styled it! There’s still plenty in stock so get in on the action by tagging us like @mandavi has here using the hashtag #pbpublished for a chance to be featured on our blog and socials.
Ongoing Covid Challenges
Following on from 2020, 2021 certainly had its challenges. You’ll likely already be familiar with ongoing supply and shipping issues as they have hit businesses across the globe. This and capacity issues in our supply chain have meant that many customers have waited longer than hoped. We would like to thank those customers who continue to patiently wait while their sofas are made by our supplier's expert craftsmen.
What's in Store for 2022?
Looking ahead to 2022, we have some exciting plans for the months ahead. In spring, keep an eye out for our revamped outdoor furniture range. We’re introducing more pieces than ever before, including stylish rattan furniture sets, to ensure that your patio, balcony or garden is as stylish as the inside of your home, while providing plenty of space for outdoor socialising. Plus, we will once again be investing in lots of new and existing stock bringing you a range of chairs, tables, cabinetry and more to stylise your home.
