  • Make sure your desired items are classified as 'small items' (less than 1.5 metres in length and weighing less than 30kg)
  • Place your order before 1pm, Wednesday 21st December

Hassle Free Returns

If your item arrives not as expected or if you have simply changed your mind, you are welcome to return products to us for an exchange or refund, excluding the original cost of delivery. This is on the condition that products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.

Small Items

If it is a small item that you have received by post, you can do this quickly and easily by using the returns form provided.

Furniture Items

For larger items and furniture pieces delivered by our in-house team, please call 01386 711512 or email to inform us that you would like to organise a return. You must do this within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange collection of your item in the new year.
