Every year, the lead up to Christmas is busy for both national and family-run retailers and Pavilion Broadway is no exception! To avoid disappointment and ensure your furniture, home accessories and gifts are delivered in time for Christmas, we’ve put together this all-important page listing crucial dates for your diary.

We have also put together a quick guide to explain delivery jargon and added a little run-through of our returns policy so that you feel fully informed before making a purchase with us and confident that any unwanted gifts can be exchanged or returned stress free!

Christmas Pre-Order & Delivery Deadlines

September

28th - Duresta Made to Order Deadline

October

2nd - Hypnos Made to Order Deadline

9th - Parker Knoll and Collins & Hayes Made to Order Deadline

November

13th - Vispring Made to Order Deadline

December

18th - Large Item Delivery Deadline*

23rd - Small Item Delivery Deadline**

* Large items that require our in-house delivery service e.g: sofas, dining tables, beds

** When ordered before 1pm

Small Items

Get small items, gifts and home accessories delivered before Christmas

  • Make sure your desired items are IN STOCK in our warehouse or showroom
  • Make sure your desired items are classified as 'small items' (less than 1.5 metres in length and weighing less than 30kg)
  • Place your order before 1pm, Wednesday 23rd December

Large Items

Get large items and furniture delivered before Christmas

  • Make sure your desired items are IN STOCK in our warehouse or showroom
  • Place your order before Friday 18th December

Made to Order Items

Get sofas, armchairs, beds and mattresses delivered before Christmas

  • Place your order before the deadline date specified by your item supplier (see information above)

Please note: these rules apply to mainland UK only (excluding Scotland and Northern Ireland). Delivery charges vary depending on item, weight, size and fragility. For more information, please view our Delivery Information.

Hassle Free Returns

If your item arrives not as expected or if you have simply changed your mind, you are welcome to return products to us for an exchange or refund, excluding the original cost of delivery. This is on the condition that products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.

Small Items

If it is a small item that you have received by post, you can do this quickly and easily by using the returns form provided.

Furniture Items

For larger items and furniture pieces delivered by our in-house team, please call 01386 711512 or email sales@pavilionbroadway.co.uk to inform us that you would like to organise a return. You must do this within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange collection of your item in the new year.
