Authentic Models Half Mile Ray Search Light

Originally used in the British Navy, these search lights were built to last a lifetime. Our Authentic Models Half Mile Ray Search Light is a faithful reproduction with a clever bit of 1930s technology to pivot the angle of the lamp head.

 Designer Lighting

Based on the original half mile search lights this designer floor lamp is constructed with a brass and aluminium head. Its maple tripod has been made with a two-tone French finish in black and honey. The French finish involves at least five coats of varnish being applied, with sanding in between. The idea is to create a rich coat that, together with applications of subtle patinas and mixed waxes, results in an aged and lived-in look. 

 Contemporary Lighting

This light is more contemporary than most other Authentic Models lighting, so place it in the corner of your living room to give your room setting a fun twist. Always a talking point, its a great way to add mood lighting to your interior.
